Driven Mini Club 2023

Driven Mini Club 2023!

Our 2022 NEW mini club program was a success, so we are excited to continue it for the 2023 mini club season! Driven is a club focused on teaching the players the fundamentals in a competitive and positive environment. We believe that players should gain a foundation before competing in an abundance of matches/tournaments. The reason for this is that lack of proper training and jumping into an abundance of weekend tournaments, especially for players who have a strong drive to learn but lack athleticism or coordination, leads to poor habits, stunted growth potential, and early burnout. We believe that with the fundamentals and proper training, players of any level and age will be able to continue to grow, learn, and progress in the sport for years to come.

Because of our belief in training, we are TRAINING FOCUSED during mini club season. Mini club season is not an “early club season”. For Driven, mini club is completely separate from club.

The goal of mini club is to give players an opportunity to train with a team while also providing them with focused skill training they might not be able to receive at a team practice because team practices are team and rotational focused. Being able to apply what you learn during skill sessions during practices is something that we know is beneficial and also something players enjoy. Please see below for details regarding the mini club season.

You can register for mini club here.  10U, 11U, and 13U FULL. WAITLIST ONLY.

We will have teams for ages 7-14 with players being grouped by age and ability level. The focus for our younger mini club teams is to create a foundation of basic volleyball skills while learning the game in a fun and healthy environment.
