Weekly Trainings

Weekly Trainings are on a first-come, first-served basis and anyone is allowed to join. These trainings are geared towards Beginner-Intermediate I level athletes and the focus is on solidfying and getting correct technique reps in the fundamental skills.

November-December will be Wednesdays only 4:45-5:45 for $65. This day/time offering will be offered every 4 weeks January-April. Once it is full, we will add on another week day.
